I. JOB DESCRIPTION

As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with global clients, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders throughout the export process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international customers via email, WhatsApp, phone, and other platforms to send offers (customer data provided by the company).

• Follow up, negotiate, and close deals; prepare international sales contracts using company-standard templates.

• Coordinate with the Factory Manager to monitor the preparation and packaging process, including carton design and troubleshooting issues during loading.

• Collaborate with the Logistics team to finalize and submit export documentation to customers.

• Oversee shipment progress from contract signing until full payment is received.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities.

• Stay updated on activities and trends related to partners, competitors, customers, and suppliers.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret customer and market data to generate actionable insights on both local and global trends.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Receive training in product knowledge, market development, risk management, and international sales strategies.


II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in all four English skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Solid understanding of international trade, export-import processes, Incoterms, and payment methods.

• Skilled in MS Office and online research tools.

• Team player with the ability to work independently.

• Highly motivated, honest, and capable of working under pressure.

• Passionate about international sales and committed to long-term career development in global trade.

Note: Experienced candidates are preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude and determination to grow are encouraged to apply.
