Vietnam cashew nuts in bulk from SVC: white whole kernels from WW180 to WW450, dessert and scorched wholes, and pieces such as LP and SP, processed to AFI standards at SVC’s factory in Dong Nai and packed in 22.68 kg (50 lb) vacuum bags in cartons — 700 cartons, or 15,876 kg, per 20ft container.
Which grades are available?
| Grade | What it is | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| WW180, WW210 | Largest white wholes | Premium retail and gifting |
| WW240 | Large white wholes | Retail snacking |
| WW320 | Standard white wholes — the most traded grade | Snacking, roasting, retail |
| WW450 | Smaller white wholes | Value snacking, mixes |
| DW, SW | Dessert and scorched wholes — darker or blemished | Roasting, flavouring, ingredients |
| LP, SP | Large and small pieces | Bakery, confectionery, ingredients |
The number in each grade is the kernel count per pound under the AFI specification: 180 means 140–180 kernels per pound, 320 means 300–320. Smaller numbers are larger kernels and cost more per kg.
