A private label cashew manufacturer produces cashew products under your brand: it supplies the kernels, roasts or flavours them if needed, packs them in your design and ships them export-ready. SVC does this from its factory in Dong Nai, Vietnam, for raw kernels, roasted and salted cashews and flavoured cashews, in retail packs from 100 g jars to 22.68 kg bulk cartons.

Which cashew products can SVC make under your brand?
- Raw cashew kernels — WW180, WW240, WW320, LP and SP, processed to AFI standards.
- Roasted and salted cashews — including kernels roasted with the skin on.
- Flavoured cashews — such as cheese, garlic chilli, wasabi and tom yum. Developing a profile of your own is covered in our guide to custom seasoning.
Because SVC processes the kernels itself, the same factory controls grading, roasting, flavouring and packing — one supplier and one set of quality records for the whole product.
Which packaging formats are available?
| Format | Typical use |
|---|---|
| PET jars, 100 g to 1 kg | Supermarket shelves and gifting |
| Zip pouches and stand-up bags | Retail and e-commerce |
| Kraft bags | Natural and organic-style ranges |
| Tin cans | Premium and gift ranges |
| 22.68 kg vacuum bags in cartons | Bulk for repackers and food manufacturers |
Every format can carry your own design and print. What to specify before you ask for a quote — material, size, barcode, language and shelf-life labelling — is set out in our private label packaging guide.

Which certifications and documents come with each shipment?
SVC is certified to BRCGS, SMETA, HACCP, FSPCA, Halal and Kosher, and processes kernels to AFI standards. Each shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and the full export document set. For what each document proves and who needs it, see our export documentation guide.

What should you prepare before contacting a manufacturer?
- The products and grades you want, and the market you will sell in.
- Pack formats and sizes, and whether you already have artwork.
- Expected volume for the first order and for a year.
- Labelling rules and certifications your buyers or retailers require.
- Your target launch date — printed packaging and samples add lead time, so start early.
A private label line is only as consistent as the lots behind it. Keeping grading, roasting, flavouring and packing under one roof is how we keep each order matching the one you approved.
